Order received
An email arrives from a solicitor. Valio is configured per customer to parse their format reliably. The order enters the system automatically. Nothing keyed by hand.

Address cleansed & UPRN matched
The address is parsed and matched to a UPRN. Around 90% match automatically; the rest take a quick manual lookup. Either way, confirmed before anything moves forward.

Council data fetched
With the UPRN confirmed, Valio fetches everything that council needs — coordinates, admin ward, local authority designation. Including the fields councils reject requests over if you miss them.

Plan generated from HMLR INSPIRE
The boundary plan is pulled from HMLR's live cadastral dataset. Or use a plan the client supplied. No manual plan creation either way.

Council request sent automatically
A pre-configured email goes to the correct contact, in the correct format, with the right attachments. Councils requiring appointments are requested first and tracked until confirmed.

Providers placed in one click
Martello or Landmark orders are placed from inside the search order screen. No portal switching. Status returns automatically.

Yes. Every local authority in England and Wales is pre-configured — submission mailboxes, fast-track rules, fee structures, format requirements and known quirks. When you open an order for a council you have never touched, the knowledge is already there.
Boundary plans are generated from HM Land Registry's INSPIRE cadastral data. Click a parcel on an Ordnance Survey map and Valio offers the registered boundary, or draw it yourself. Coordinates are output automatically in the format each provider needs (GeoJSON for Martello, BNG GML for Landmark).
Yes. Fourteen Veriphy checks — biometric ID, real-time PEP and sanctions screening, fraud scoring, bank verification, lawyer verification and more — are launched from inside the order, with a full audit trail. No separate tool or login.
